"As I've gotten older my child part of me is starting to show more and my adult part of me is starting to go less. I just want to be a girl," says a Cheyenne a girl who, due to unstable living situations with her birth mother and in foster care, had to grow up very fast. At 16 Cheyenne is just starting to discover her youth and just maybe it won't be too late to live her childhood.
